To ensure no one misses out on what we do best, we created something that travels anywhere: our Mini Bagel Platters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These platters are built around mini versions of our signature bagels, each one shaped and baked fresh as the platter is assembled. They travel cleanly, keep their structure, and stay delicious for hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even as we\u2019ve grown, our approach hasn\u2019t changed, we put a big emphasis on freshly baked bagels, high quality ingredients, and a refusal to add anything that doesn\u2019t need to be there. Our goal has always been to sit somewhere between premium catering and the creative spirit of food trucks.
