Our food truck rolled into <a href=\"https:\/\/theburroweventspace.com\/\">The Burrow<\/a> event space, Daylesford, delivering a full day of wedding catering and a solid way to finish a busy run of weddings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It\u2019s been a packed few months for the team, with back to back events and plenty of moving parts each week. By this point in the season, everything tends to click into place. Even the biggest jobs feel like a breeze. Setups run smoothly, service flows naturally, and the timing across the day feels well rehearsed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We handled the full table setup, including our deluxe napkin and plate hire. Laying out the shared tables ready for guests to arrive and begin their share plate dinner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/roundthewaytruckfood.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/tablesetting-1.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-28\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Guests arrived into the afternoon and moved straight into roaming canap\u00e9 service. Guests can move around, chat, and still get a proper feed early in the day, which sets the tone for what\u2019s to come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/roundthewaytruckfood.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/dscf6950.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-26\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>As the afternoon rolled into the evening, guests took their seats and the focus shifted to shared mains. Service moved straight onto the tables, with dishes arriving in a steady, well paced flow. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>House baked focaccia with whipped <a href=\"https:\/\/coppertreefarms.com.au\/pages\/coppertree-butter\">Copper Tree Farm butter<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rolled pork belly porchetta with rosemary and fennel gravy<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>14 hour smoked Black Angus brisket with chipotle sauce and fried shallots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Flame grilled chicken skewers with jalape\u00f1o cream, lime and micro herbs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/roundthewaytruckfood.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/focacciablog.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-31\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>These were backed up with a full spread of sides:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Thrice cooked potatoes with <a href=\"https:\/\/maldonsalt.com\/au\/our-salt\/\">Maldon sea salt<\/a> and rosemary<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Roast pumpkin with <a href=\"https:\/\/meredithdairy.com\/our-products\/marinated-cheese\/\">Meredith goat\u2019s cheese<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Honey roasted carrots<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Beetroot and feta salad with sesame, spinach and honey mustard dressing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Rocket and parmesan salad<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/roundthewaytruckfood.wordpress.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/04\/salad.jpg?w=1024\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-40\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once the food hit the tables, the pace of the night naturally slowed. Shared plates, full tables, and the kind of atmosphere that builds when everyone settles in with plenty to go around.
