In September 2019, we introduced our first Food truck tasting night. A function held to allow our future clients to taste our food before booking our services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We were joined by our sister mobile food truck truck Nuoc Mamas Vietnamese<\/a> and served up a selection of items off our Cocktail menu to the future bride and grooms. The menu which includes finger food type items all designed to be eaten standing in a function environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

CURED RAINBOW TROUT:<\/strong> Beetroot and gin cured rainbow trout, with herbed cream cheese on oven roasted bagel crisp.
POTATO LATKES:<\/strong> Crispy potato pancakes topped with Yarra Valley Caviar<\/a>, sour cream and chives.
CHICKEN STREET TACO:<\/strong> Mexican spiced Chicken with Pico De Gallo Salso, pickled onion and coriander on LA TORTILLERIA<\/a> corn tortilla.
NY CHEESEBURGER SLIDER:<\/strong> Black Angus beef burger with melted American cheddar, pickles, onion and mac sauce. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

CHICKEN SATAY SKEWER<\/strong>: Lemongrass infused chicken with house peanut satay sauce, served with Viet pickles.
PRAWN FRITTER:<\/strong> Crispy battered sweet potato fritter topped with australian prawn tail, chilli and watercress.
CHICKEN BAO BUN:<\/strong> Grilled lemongrass chicken with cucumber and sesame salad in fluffy steamed bao bun.
BEEF BRISKET NOODLE SALAD:<\/strong> Pho braised beef brisket with viet slaw, cucumber, kimchi and vermicelli noodles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
