Earlier this year one of our clients approached us to find the perfect catering solution for their dream wedding, we were eager to bring their vision to life.
During our site visit, Molly shared her enchanting theme of a “Tuscan summer,” which inspired us to curate a menu and cocktail experience that truly embodied the essence of Tuscany.
The cocktail hour set the tone with refreshing St Germain Spritz, Limoncello Spritz, and fresh champagne, allowing guests to mingle and savor the moment. Our freshly baked focaccia bread with olive oil was a delightful precursor to the main dining experience.
For the main course, we treated guests to a buffet-style banquet featuring Pollo alla Cacciatore, line-caught snapper in a white wine butter sauce, flame-smoked brisket, and an array of delectable accompaniments. It was a joy to tailor our catering to align with Molly and Slev’s Tuscan theme.
