ECO TABLE – ELIMINATING SINGLE USE PACKAGING

In 2021, we proudly introduced our ground breaking “Eco Table” concept, driven by a set of ambitious objectives:

🌟 Enhance Guest Experiences: Our aim was to elevate the guests food truck experience at our festival-style functions. We believed that flimsy cardboard trays and disposable wooden forks fell short of the exceptional quality our guests deserved.

🌱 Significant Reduction of Disposable Packaging Waste: We were committed to reducing disposable packaging waste, knowing that it was both environmentally unsustainable and detrimental to the beauty of our events.

♻️ Development of a Stylish, Reusable System: We set out to create a system that would not only be eco-friendly but also stylish. Our goal was to serve our delicious food in reusable containers that would add an extra touch of sophistication to our offerings.

Fast forward to 2023, and we are ecstatic to announce that we’ve successfully implemented our “Eco Table” concept at thousands of functions. In doing so, we’ve achieved remarkable results:

ELMINATING HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF cardboard trays, disposable napkins, and forks, we’ve significantly reduced our environmental footprint while maximizing the satisfaction of our valued guests.

Of course, we recognize that it may not be feasible to use this concept at every single one of our functions, particularly when guests need to take their food away. However, We are dedicated to leading the food truck industry in the ongoing mission to minimize our environmental impact and reduce waste.
