Based on the amazing feedback we’ve received from our clients, we’ve decided to add a special item to our permanent menu, a cake completely made of cheese!
We’ve taken the concept of a traditional cake, typically sweet, fluffy, and frosted—and transformed it into something entirely new. Instead of layers of cake, we’ve created a cake made entirely from the finest wheels of premium cheeses. It’s a unique twist that offers something new and exciting.
The inspiration came from a recent wedding reception we had the pleasure of catering. After receiving positive feedback from the client, we felt compelled to share this experience. The centerpiece featured an impressive selection of cheeses: Pyengana Blue, Bay of Fires Cheddar, Brillat-Savarin, Washed rind and a Miss Leon Goat Camembert on top. We complemented these cheeses with carefully chosen garnishes, such as sun-dried pears, sun-dried peaches, muscatels, and quince paste, which paired beautifully with the flavours.
The cheese tower was the star of the evening and guests were able to enjoy it alongside our signature grazing table. The result was a truly memorable take on the classic sweet wedding cake.
