Recently, we had the pleasure of catering an incredible weekend event at a stunning private venue nestled in the heart of the Yarra Valley. With guests staying on site for a full weekend celebration, we had the opportunity to serve them from morning to night. Starting with our signature breakfast bagels and ending with our buffet table banquet and bar service.
The dinner menu featured:
- 14-hour Redgum smoked brisket
- Rolled pork belly Porchetta
- Flamed chicken skewers
- Thrice-cooked seasonal vegetables
- Vibrant salads
Alongside the buffet, we ran the evening bar service, keeping glasses topped up and guests in good spirits throughout the night.
And of course, we always leave the venue exactly as we found it, or better. Before heading off, any leftover food is thoughtfully packed up for guests to enjoy later, as midnight snack or a cozy lunch the next day.
