In September 2019, we introduced our first Food truck tasting night. A function held to allow our future clients to taste our food before booking our services.

We were joined by our sister mobile food truck truck Nuoc Mamas Vietnamese and served up a selection of items off our Cocktail menu to the future bride and grooms. The menu which includes finger food type items all designed to be eaten standing in a function environment.

CURED RAINBOW TROUT: Beetroot and gin cured rainbow trout, with herbed cream cheese on oven roasted bagel crisp.
POTATO LATKES: Crispy potato pancakes topped with Yarra Valley Caviar, sour cream and chives.
CHICKEN STREET TACO: Mexican spiced Chicken with Pico De Gallo Salso, pickled onion and coriander on LA TORTILLERIA corn tortilla.
NY CHEESEBURGER SLIDER: Black Angus beef burger with melted American cheddar, pickles, onion and mac sauce.

CHICKEN SATAY SKEWER: Lemongrass infused chicken with house peanut satay sauce, served with Viet pickles.
PRAWN FRITTER: Crispy battered sweet potato fritter topped with australian prawn tail, chilli and watercress.
CHICKEN BAO BUN: Grilled lemongrass chicken with cucumber and sesame salad in fluffy steamed bao bun.
BEEF BRISKET NOODLE SALAD: Pho braised beef brisket with viet slaw, cucumber, kimchi and vermicelli noodles.
