Our team absolutely loved the opportunity to cater this amazing festival style Wedding. The couple created a beautiful setting on a scenic property belonging to a relative of the bride and groom in Harcourt, Victoria.
When discussing food options with the couple, we all really wanted to integrate courses from post ceremony(early afternoon) right through until late night. We combined a combination of our stand-up cocktail menu for canapĂ©s and some more substantial courses designed to be eaten standing up, while the guests were mingling. When it come to dinner time, guests were able to order off a menu designed by the couple. Although many of the guests may have thought the food service had concluded, we were able to surprise them all with our flame torched creme brulee’s for dessert and late night cheeseburger sliders served at 11pm
Post ceremony Canapé Menu:
(served at 2:30pm)
Beetroot cured local Rainbow trout on bagels crisp
Grilled Saganaki cheese on Bagel crisp
Mexican spiced chicken tacos with pico de gallo on corn tortilla

SUBSTANTIAL STANDING COCKTAIL
(Served at 4:30pm)
Brisket bowl with 14hr redgum smoked beef brisket, roast beetroot, spinach, feta and honey mustard dressing
Grilled Queensland Prawn skewers
Meatball sub slider

By around 7:00 the wedstival reception was in full swing with live music and guests enjoying themselves. IT was time for our mains service where guests were invited to order from the menu at the food truck.

We also offered gluten-free bagels and Vegan options for selected guests, however it is worth noting that we can cater to any dietary requirement.
After speeches and everybody had time for the mains to settle, it was time for desserts. We flame torch the vanilla bean creme brulees to order, which is a real hit.

You know sometimes when you are out having a good time, midnight comes around and you think to yourself “I could really eat a cheeseburger about now”. Well that is exactly what we had planned!
The final course of the evenings food feast was cheeseburger sliders served up at midnight, much to all of the guests delight.
